Thanks N2Wood you cracked the code! The key is to tell customer support to remove the companion feature from the account, On their end. Once they remove that just reboot the watch. If you see lte on the upper display your good to go. Big thanks to Thomas from tmobil customer service in Kentucky. Best CSR ever. Now my watch has a different number than my phone! No phone leash at all!
So they are claiming that something that isn't currently installed is a cracked version? Sorry but the burden of proof is on them here. They need to provide details as to why they believe there was cracked software. And that's not to say there wasn't, it's possible an overzealous user downloaded a crack for the trial version if one exists. It's also possible they are wrong.

So I just have some open ended questions to this (answers not required, only discussion points)1. Was the software installed and uninstall window, within what would be expected of the trial period. For example, if the trial was 20 days, was the install and removal within 30 days? What we are looking for is a reasonable time frame. Not it was a 20 days trial and we had it installed for 2 years. That might be suspicious. 2. What triggered the uninstall? What it the audit notice from the third party, or end of trial period? This is kind of important. If you uninstalled the product 6 months before getting the audit notification and the uninstall is within a reasonable amount of time of the duration if the trial, then they need to look else where. 3. Who in your organization has the right (ability) to install software? Are the users local admins or does it take someone in ICT to install software. Does your helpdesk system have evidence of the software install?4. Did you install a trial version and then someone tried to activate it with a cracked key but the activation was denied? This might set a warning flag with Autodesk?5. Did you end up licensing the full version or decide that the LT version is sufficient? (i.e. the outcome of the trial6. Based on the install and uninstall dates, how long was the software actually installed?7. Was there any evidence of productive work being done with the software? (i.e. 3D modeling that can't be done with LT)
The only thing I didn't ask was where you downloaded the trial version from? Was it from the Autodesk web site? If so, they need to answer to why they are distributing "cracked" software from their site.
